Free car-parks and shuttle service

Avoid arriving too late! Traffic holdups may delay your arrival
All car parks in and around Kitzbühel will be overcrowded, please use the large free car-parks in the surrounding villages. From the free car parks in Kirchberg and Oberndorf you reach the race area directly by the free shuttle trains. The trains depart frequently, approximately every 15 minutes. On  Saturday, 19th and Sunday 20th of January 2008 all international trains stop in the train station Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm.

ARRIVING BY CAR

from Vienna and Munich

On route A1 towards Salzburg, via the "small German corner", Lofer, into the direction of St. Johann in Tyrol. Free car park in Oberndorf (between St. Johann and Kitzbühel). Free shuttle trains to the Hahnenkamm train station.

From Switzerland, Bozen, Vorarlberg, Innsbruck

Follow the Inntal Highway, take exit at Wörgl Ost (east), then continue on Brixental Bundesstraße (federal road) via Hopfgarten, Brixen im Thale. Free car park in Kirchberg in Tyrol (shortly before Kitzbühel). Free shuttle trains to the Hahnenkamm train station.

From Eastern Tyrol/Styria/Carinthia

Via Mittersill, Paß Thurn, Jochberg, large free car park in Kitzbühel Süd (south), approx. 20-minute walk to the finish area.


BY BUS

Bus park Schwarzsee:
a 20-minute walk to the finish area

Bus park Hauptbahnhof
(central station): a 25-minute walk to the finish area
